5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the work carried out will be transferred to the client once full payment for the contracted service has been received.
6. Exemption in the Terms
Ertalino shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the services provided.
7. Changes to the Terms
Ertalino reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication.
